Chinese Embassy near Monrovia on 28, Feb, in collaboration with the local community citizens, made a half-day cleanup campaign in the Back Road, Congo Town to clear the stockpile of garbage and rising waste alongside the Road.

Fully armed with long yard blooms, spades, wheel barrows and even bulldozer, Ambassador ZHOU Yuxiao accompanied by his staff members in the Embassy and local community people implemented the cleanup campaign aimed at giving the Back Road Community a facelift.

Citizens of the Back Road Community also devoted themselves into this campaign together with the Action Ambassador, Mr. ZHOU. When interviewed by the media, they put their feelings in this way, “Chinese care for the grassroots. They are contributing to not only the infrastructures of this nation, but also things like medical service and street cleaning for the local community. Goo(d) jo(b) woh!”
