Monrovia, September 18: A lecture on the topic of protocol arrangements in diplomacy was given by Chinese Ambassador H.E.ZHOU Yuxiao to young Liberian diplomats who were attending a series of training courses in Liberia Institute of Foreign Service.

As a veteran senior diplomat, Amb. Zhou shared with the attending young diplomats his insights and understanding to the diplomatic protocol and analyzed the differences between China and Liberia on the protocol arrangements in diplomacy which, by his words, was intended to give some positive clues for Liberian young diplomats' future diplomatic protocol practices.

An ensuing interactive discussion was held between Amb. Zhou and the diplomats present, which together with the 2 hours lecture, according to those diplomats, is informative and conducive to their future career.
