Monrovia, Liberia, May 5, 2010: Ambassador ZHOU Yuxiao has urged Liberian entrepreneurs to fully engage themselves into the country's economic recovery after years of civil war, and spearhead the endeavor of changing attitudes and minds of their peers by cultivating international-level enterprise cultures when he spoke to the audience of the LIBA 2010 Business Forum in the morning of Wednesday.

Ambassador ZHOU made such observation during his keynote speech at the 2010 Business Forum of the Liberia Business Association (LIBA) held at YMCA auditorium hall. The Chinese envoy pointed out that, apart from the war devastated hardware, basic social infrastructures, Liberian also need pay same level of attention to the software, the recovery of merits of people's attitude and mind, while they push forward their endeavor in peace building and economic prosperity. The businessmen around this country should take the responsibility to lead as examples in this regard, Ambassador ZHOU asserted.
