Your Excellency,

Ebola virus disease broke out recently in the West Africa Region including your country and caused great fatalities and economic losses. I, on behalf of the Government and People of the People's Republic of China and in my own name, extend to you and through you to the Government and People of the Republic of Liberia, our heartfelt condolences and deepest sympathy. The Chinese Government and People commend highly the Liberian Government and People for devoting every effort to containing the Ebola virus.

China and Africa are good brothers, good friends and good partners. At this difficult moment, the Chinese Government and People feel the pain and suffering of the Liberian Government and People, and are willing to urgently deliver a consignment of epidemic preventive materials with a value of 10 million RMB Yuan to your country and wish these materials conducive to containing the Ebola virus.

I believe that, under the leadership of Madam President, the Liberian Government and People will certainly win the fight against Ebola and get through the difficulty.
