On September 23rd and 29th, Ambassador Ren Yisheng met Hon.Inspector  General of  Liberia National Police Mr. Sudue  and Hon.Minister of  National Defense of Liberia Maj. Gen. Ziankahn (Rtd)  respectively.

During the meeting with Mr. Sudue, Ambassador Ren applauded the efforts of LNP to protect the security and legal interests of Chinese citizen and enterprises in Liberia, and exchanged opinions on bilateral police cooperation. Mr. Sudue extended gratitude for the training and equipments  supported by Chinese government, and reaffirmed the commitment to protect Chinese investors.

During the meeting with Mr. Ziankahn, Ambassador Ren applauded the Liberia government ’s adherence to the One- China policy and the two sides’ cooperation  at international fora, and expressed that China would continue to help capacity building of AFL. Mr. Ziankahn recalled the timely help by China  since AFL reconstructed, reiterated Liberia’s firm adherence to the One-China Policy, and hoped to enhance the relationship and cooperation  between AFL and PLA .
