On October 14, Chinese Ambassador H.E. Mr. Ren Yisheng visited China-aided technical cooperation project of Liberia Broadcasting System (LBS) and the Chinese technical team. 

Ambassador Ren was briefed about the project by the team head. He commended the team's strong support to the development of LBS over the years. He said the team has made Chinese contribution to promoting the exchanges and cooperation between the broadcasting departments of the two countries. Ambassador Ren requested them to overcome the challenges of COVID-19 and continue to conduct technical assistance while taking all necessary measures to ensure personal safety.

Earlier, Ambassador Ren also visited China-aided SKD Sports Complex technical cooperation project team and China-aided bamboo and rattan weaving and vegetable plantation cooperation project team. He highly affirmed their roles in promoting the development of youth and sports, and the training in youth employment and entrepreneurship of Liberia. He hoped the two teams will take effective measures to cope with the epidemic to ensure personal safety and make further contribution to the friendly cooperation between China and Liberia.
