On August 6, Yin Chengwu, Chinese Ambassador to Liberia, attended Handover Ceremony of humanitarian items donated by the Chinese Embassy to Liberia National Disaster Management Agency. Hon. Samuel A. Stevquoah, Minister of State Without Portfolio, Hon. Ansu V. S. Dulleh Sr., Executive Director of the National Disaster Management Agency attended the ceremony.

Yin expressed that this donation is a demonstration of friendship, hope and responsibility, China has always been a reliable partner of Liberia, and is willing to extend a helping hand when Liberia confronting the challenge of natural disaster. May the people affected overcome the difficulties and recover from the disasters as soon as possible.

Minister Stevquoah, Director Dulleh and others highly appreciated the friendship between Liberia and China, and expressed their sincere gratitude to the Chinese side for the donation.
