On December 31st, Yin Chengwu, Chinese Ambassador to Liberia, met with Dr. Olu Q. Menjay, President of William V.S. Tubman University. The two sides exchanged views on China-Liberia relations and educational cooperation.

Ambassador Yin briefed the Beijing Summit of the Forum on China-Africa Cooperation (FOCAC) and expressed China's willingness to actively implement the Global Civilization Initiative and the Ten Partnership Actions for Modernization, further strengthen the practical cooperation in education and expand the people-to-people exchanges between China and Liberia.

Dr. Menjay thanked China for its long-term support to the educational development of Tubman University and expressed his willingness to enhance the exchanges and cooperation with the Chinese side.
