On June 4, Yin Chengwu, Chinese Ambassador to Liberia, met with Hon. Magdalene E. Dagoseh, Minister of Commerce and Industry of Liberia, and Dr. Ibrahim Al-Bakri Nyei, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Liberia. The two sides exchanged views on practical economic and trade cooperation between China and Liberia. 

Ambassador Yin introduced the Ministerial Meeting of Coordinators on the Implementation of the Follow-up Actions of the Forum on China-Africa Cooperation (FOCAC) and the China-Africa Economic and Trade Expo to be held in China, and expressed that China is willing to work with Liberia to steadily promote the implementation of the outcomes of the meeting between the two heads of state and the FOCAC Summit, and promote the continuous development of the China-Liberia strategic partnership.

Hon. Dagoseh and Dr. Nyei thanked China for its long-term support for Liberia's development and expressed their hope to continue to strengthen economic and trade cooperation with China and work together to advance the strategic partnership between the two countries.
