On June 12, Yin Chengwu, Chinese Ambassador to Liberia, met with Rev. J. Luther Tarpeh, National Chairman of the Unity Party, and exchanged views on China-Liberia relations and inter-party exchanges.

Ambassador Yin introduced China's experience in party governance and expressed his willingness to promote exchanges and cooperation between the Communist Party of China and the Liberian Unity Party to help the China-Liberia strategic partnership continue to move forward.

Hon. Tarpeh praised China's achievements in modernization and poverty alleviation, and expressed his willingness to continue to enhance exchanges and cooperation between the two parties.
