On December 15, Yin Chengwu, Chinese Ambassador to Liberia, met with Hon. Yamie Quiqui Gbeisay, Sr. , Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of  Liberia.

Yin congratulated Hon. Gbeisay on assuming office, briefed the state of China-Liberia relations, expressing his willingness to work together to earnestly implement the important consensus reached by the two heads of state and promote the continuous development of China-Liberia strategic partnership. Yin also briefed Hon. Gbeisay on the outcomes of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee, as well as China’s efforts of advancing law-based governance on all fronts.

Hon. Gbeisay expressed gratitude and stated his commitment to advancing bilateral judicial cooperation and promoting the development of friendly relations between the two countries.
