Starting from 12 November 2020, foreign passengers who are to fly to China from Liberia should apply for Health Declaration Form via https://hrhk.cs.mfa.gov.cn/H5/. On this website, foreign passengers should declare their health status and upload 1) negative nucleic acid test and IgM anti-body test results (both tests must be conducted within 48 hours before boarding the flight); 2) passport information page; and 3) itinerary of air travel. The Chinese Embassy in Liberia will examine and verify the above documents online, and then issue the Green Health Declaration Code with the "HDC" Mark to passengers. Passengers must present the Green Health Declaration Code with the "HDC" Mark within its validity period to the airlines flying to China before boarding.
